Abstract
Apple polyphenols was extracted from apple residue by using organic solvent extraction method.The effects of ethanol volume fraction,solid-liquid ratio,extraction temperature and extraction time on extraction of apple polyphenols were studied.Through single factor experiment and orthogonal experiment,the optimal extraction conditions were obtained as follows:using ethanol as solvent,ethanol volume fraction was 70%,solid-liquid ratio was 1∶25(g∶mL),extraction temperature was 30 ℃,extraction time was 40 min.Under above conditions,the extraction of apple polyphenols was 2.982 mg·g-1.
