Abstract
Study the extraction technological parameters with ethanol and the purification process by macroporous resin of apple polyphenols.The extraction condition was studied by mono-factor and orthogonal experiment.The characteristics and parameters of purification process were investigated by the static absorption and elution experiments.It determines the optimal extraction condition:the concentration of ethanol is 80 %,the temperature is 80 ℃,the ratio between apple pomace to extractant is 1:3(g/L),and the extraction time is 60 min.The concentration of 0.50 g/L-0.60 g/L,pH 5.0,absorption temperature 25 ℃,absorption time 2 h,and the elution temperature 30 ℃,the elution concentration 70 % were the optimal purification condition of XDA-7 resin.
