Abstract

Objective:To understand the alterations of erythrocyte immune functions in patients with cerebral hemorrhage. Methods:To determine red blood cell immune adherence function using red cell C 3b receptor rosette(RBC-C 3b R)test and red cell immune complex receptor rosette(RBC-ICR)rest respectively and red cell immune regulators(RFER and RFIF) were also determined chemically.Results:RBC-C 3b R and RFER were significantly lower, while RBC-ICR and RFIR were significantly higher than that of control group on hospitalization day. After two weeks treatment, parameters mentioned above in patients were considerably improved. Conclusions:Red blood cell immune adherence function seems to be associated with the onset, development and recovery of the illness.
