Abstract
Ojective To evaluate the efficacy and security of the quadruple chemotherapy composed of omeprazole and ranitidine bismuth citrate(RBC) to treat helicobacter pylori infection. Methods Patients with peptic ulcer or chronic erosion gastritis and Hp infection were randomly allocated into 2 group, including Group A and Group B.Group A included omeprazole, colloidal bismuth subcitrate, amoxicillin and furaltadone.Group B included omeprazole,RBC,amoxicillin and furaltadone. Results The Hp eradication rate of Group A was 63.64% of,which was significantly lower than that of Group B(95.35%)(P0.05).The ulcer healing rates of the groups were close to each other. The erosion gastritis healing rate of B Groups was higher than that of Group A(P0.05).The adverse effect rate of Group A and Group B were 17.78 % and 13.33%,respectively,which were not significantly different from each other(P0.05).Conclusion The quadruple chemotherapy of omeprazole and ranitidine bismuth citrate is safe and effective in eradicating Hp infection.
