Determination on Flavone Ingredients in Hypericum perforatum L.from Different Producing Areas by HPLC Method

The contents of rutin,hyperin and quercetin in Hypericum perforatum L.from different producing areas were determined by HPLC method.The results showed that the linear detection range of rutin was 0.052 9-0.529 0 μg(r=0.999 7) with average recovery of 99.4% and RSD of 1.471%.The linear detection range of hyperin was 0.049 3-0.493 0 μg(r=0.999 6) with average recovery of 100.2% and RSD of 1.407%.The linear detection range of quercetin was 0.001 66～0.053 00 μg(r=0.999 8) with average recovery of 98.5% and RSD of 1.295%.
