Abstract
The important strategy for the development of Xinjiang was to accelerate the development of cities along the rail way in northen Xinjiang firstly ,which should be a leading of economical and social development of whole Xinjiang.From the angle of regional sustainable development,some specific plans and suggestions of strategy target and spatial allocation for optimizing town zones were put forward.
