Present Situation and Prospect of Innovative Skilled Talent's Training of Vocational Colleges in Jiangsu Province

As a strong educational province,vocational colleges of Jiangsu trained a large number of skilled talents.Nowadays,society not only needs a large number of skilled talents,but also needs many innovative skilled talents.Most vocational colleges of Jiangsu attach importance to students' skill but ignore their innovation,their training objective lacks innovation and management system lacks innovative space.Most vocational colleges lack innovative teachers and students' development pay more attention to knowledge and abilities but ignore innovative consciousness,thinking and skill.Nevertheless,with development of economic and social of the Yangtze River Delta and development of vocational education of Jiangsu,vocational colleges are faced with a golden opportunity for reform and development;they urgently need to strengthen training innovative skilled talents.
