The Study on Training Innovative Skilled Talents

At the start of new century,self-enhancing the creative ability of country has become a national strategy.In this case,how to make higher vocational education to serve our country's new industrialization efficiently has become one of the focuses of higher vocational education theory study.The paper,for the first time,explored the concept of INNOVATIVE SKILLED TALENTS,pointed out that all the higher vocational schools should take training innovative skilled talents as their duty,anal sized the necessity of training innovative skilled talents,the orientation and methods of training innovative skilled talents.All of these proposed a new direction of the reformation of the higher vocational education.
