A Study on Modals of Cultivating Innovative Skills Talents in Guangdong Vocational Colleges

With the development of times and social progress, the cultivation of innovative skills talents has become a new requirement to vocational colleges. With the upgrading and adjustment of industrial structure in the Pearl River Delta region, the demand for innovative skills talents is increasing in many enterprises, thus, as the main body of the popularization of higher education, Guangdong vocational education bears a great responsibility in meeting this demand. However, at present, the lack of cultivating innovative talents in vocational colleges results in the fact that it could not meet the demand of social economic development. Therefore, in order to meet the requirement of the development of times and social progress, vocational colleges in Guangdong should construct models to cultivate innovative skills talents, increase the development of innovative curriculum, and strengthen the cooperation between schools and enterprises, as well as reform the examination mode so as to improve student's innovation.
