Research on the Strategies for Promoting Teachers' Professional Development

At present,teachers' professional development has become the key point of the research of teachers' education.Improving the quality of teachers' professional development is in conformity with the spirit of New Curriculum Reform and also beneficial to New Curriculum Reform's implementation and spread.This paper aims at undertaking a major breakthrough to Sustainable Development of the School bottleneck problems from internal and external factors,especially emphasizing on the aspects of its ideology,reflective teaching,occupational burden,school management system and special education funding so as to explore effective methods of teachers' professional development.
