Abstract
The establishment of socialist market economy changes not only the social economic structure but also people's values. To re-establish socialist market economy values is to finish the transition from planned economy values to socialist market economy values and also to form values corresponding to and surpassing market economy, that is, to build up a system of people, by people and for people. It is a process of breaking with the outmoded and establishing the new.
