Abstract
Whether Socialist is compatible with market economy has received much attention. The 14th National Congress of the Party points out that in China the socialist market economic system is to be set up and it gives an definite answer as to whether socialist is compatible with market economy. It is historically inevitable that the planned economy is transformed into market economy.
