Abstract
Objective: To observe and analyze the therapeutic effect of combined treatment of associated peptic ulcer of Helicobacter pylori infection of traditional Chinese and Western medicine. Methods: Patients were randomly divided into 120 cases of HP positive peptic ulcer into two groups,60 cases in each group, the control group received triple therapy( Rebela triazole enteric coated tablets, dispersible tablets,Amoxicillin Capsules levofloxacin) combination therapy, the treatment group in the control group based on the combined treatment of traditional Chinese medicine. Two groups were observed before and after treatment in patients with improvement of TCM syndromes and in 8 weeks after treatment in two groups were detected in patients with HP infection. Results: The HP eradication rate was 83. 3% with integrated traditional Chinese and Western medicine control group, triple therapy for HP eradication rate was 61. 7%; the improvement of TCM syndromes combined treatment group is better than the triple therapy group situation of traditional Chinese and Western medicine, treatment group was better than that of simple triple therapy of combining traditional Chinese and Western medicine, the difference was statistically significant( P 0. 05). Conclusion: The combination of traditional Chinese and Western medicine clinical curative effect in the treatment of Helicobacter pylori associated peptic ulcer is good, worthy of promotion.
