Abstract

Objective:To study the clinical effects of treating HP relative peptic ulcer with integration of traditional Chinese and western medicine.Methods:112 patients with Helicobacter pylori(HP) positive peptic ulcer were randomly divided into two groups.The curative group received the treatment integrating traditional Chinese and western medicine,the control group received lansoprazole 15 mg,twice daily,clarithromycin 0.5 g,twice daily and metronidazole 0.4 g,twice daily.Results:The HP eradication rate of the curative group was 90.1%,the control group was 82.3%.The ucler healing rate of the curative group was 93.4%,the control group was 82.4%.Con-clusion:It has better curative effect and litter adverse reaction in ucler healing and HP eradication with integration of traditional Chinese and western medicine in HP relative peptic ulcer.
