Investigation of avifauna community construction and diversity of Dashanchong of Changsha in Hunan Province

After a long period investigation of bird resources of Dashanchong in Changsha county,there were 81 species which belong to 12 orders,29 families.Eight of them were national second class protected birds,and 47 species were provincial protected birds.Among all of them,16 species were summer migrant,53 species were resident,and 12 species were winter migrant.41 species were Oriental birds,11 species were Palearctic birds and 29 species were widespread birds.The bird diversity index is 1.2399 and evenness index was 0.7271.
