Abstract

Purpose:To investigate the method and therapeutic efficacy of BPH by using transurethral electrovaporization ablation.Method: 80 cases of patients with benign prostatic hyperplasia were treated by using transurethral electrovaporization ablation and the clinical data were analyzed.Result: All patients were operated on smoothly. The endoscopic view was clear and with little bleeding. The followup revealed satisfactory outcome and no serious side effects observed.Conclusion: Transurethral electrovaporization ablation of the prostate is the treatment of choice for patients with BPH. This operation style is safe, easy to master, having low occurrence of complications, and having excellent outcomes.
