Abstract
Objective:To evaluate the clinical effect of transurethral electrovaporization of the prostate in the treatment of BPH. Methods: Four hundred and ninety six cases of BPH were treated by using transurethral electrovaporization。 Results: Mean operation time was 69 min. All patients were operated on smoothly. The endoscopic view was clear and with little Bleeding. Conclusion: Ransurethral electrovaporization could remove hyperplastic prostatic tissue quickly and safely with less complication.
