Abstract
Technological innovation is one of the sources of economic development and also an important index of competitiveness.Technology spillover has great effect on innovation in information society,but its measurement is a hot question. The relationship between technology spillover and innovation in regional industry clusters is analyzed through a theoretical model and illustrated with data of regional technology trade turnovers and patents.Four models have been obtained,two of which have passed the significance test.In Type 1 model,dependent innovation,innovation decreases with the increase of technology spillover;in Type 2 model,independent innovation,innovation increases with the decrease of technology spillover
