Abstract

The spillover effect of industrial innovation has always been a difficult problem for empirical analysis.Dietzenbacher(2000) established an empirical models of innovation spillovers based on the input-output table. The empirical analysis showed that the process innovation was the main form of innovation spillover in China, and the spillover effect was declining overall. In order to exert the spillover eddect,we should step up the RD investment of the traditional labor-intensive industries, such as the food industry, and increase the innovation investment of the producer service industry.
