Empirical Study on the Impact of Technology Spillover of FDI on the Innovation Output of Chinese Enterprises

With largest amount of FDI flow in the world,there still are many problems unresolved in China.Such as,whether the FDI will improve Chinese technological innovation and how will the technology spillover affect the endogeneous innovation.Based on technology spillover theory and innovative capability theory,this paper analysed the relationship between the technology spillover of FDI and innovation output.The empirical results indicate that the technology spillover of FDI improved the Chinese enterprises technological innovation and cumbered the original endogeneous innovation of them.
