Abstract
Objective To investigate the clinical significance on the combined detection of B-type natriureticpeptide(BNP),high sensitive C reactive protein(hs-CRP),cardiac troponin I(cTnI) and uric acid(UA) in the expression of heart failure(HF) and evaluation of the prognosis. Methods Chose 70 hospitalized patients with HF from January 2011 to December,to investigate the expression of B-type natriureticpeptide(BNP),high sensitive C reactive protein(hs-CRP),cardiac troponin I(cTnI) and uric acid(UA),and observed the rates of adverse cardiac event and hospital admission and mortality during hospitalization and after follow-up 6 months. Results The serum BNP of Ⅱ,Ⅲ,Ⅳ grades HF patients were(192.4±89.8),(387.4±172.7),(764.8±286.1) pg/mL,difference of three groups had statistical sig nificance,P 0.01.Among Hs-CRP,cTnI and UA,the differences were statistically significant(P 0.05),and the levels of BNP,hs-CRP,cTnI and UA in different NYHA grades of HF had statistical significance(P 0.05).In addition, while the grade rised, its concentration was higher.Different groups of HF patients during hospitalization and af ter follow-up 6 months adverse cardiovascular events in the incidence and mortality compared with statistical signifi cance. Conclusion The levels of BNP,hs-CRP,cTnI and UA in different NYHA grades of HF with NYHA classification rised, its concentration was higher.Have important clinical value for comprehensive assessing of HF patients dan gerous degree, curative effect prognosis and outcome.
