Abstract
Objective To investigate the efficacy of lornoxicam and tramadol in the laparoscopic postoperative analgesia. Methods Eighty cases with laparoscopic surgery in gynecologic were selected from October 2009 to April 2010 in our hospital, and randomized into two groups in double-blind method.Group A was for the tramadol group while Group B was for the lornoxicam group All the patients were taken inhalation anesthesia by propofol and remifentanil. The patients were given tramadol(Group A) 3 mg/kg or lornoxicam(Group B) 0.3 mg/kg at 30 min before the surgery.Recorded the VAS scores and side effects at 10 min,1 h,5 h,10 h,24 h after waking. Results The two groups achieved satisfactory analgesia, however, the side effects of nausea and vomiting in Group A were more obvious than that in Group B.Conclusion It can achieve good results by using intravenous anesthesia with tramadol and lornoxicam in postoperative analgesia.
