Abstract
Objective To compare the analgesic effect of tramadol and lornoxicam combined tramadol in gastric cancer patients after surgery intravenous analgesia(PCIA).Methods 40 patients with intravenous anesthesia for elective gastric cancer surgery were randomly divided into two groups, with 20 cases in each group.Patients in Group I use tramadol in PCIA while those in Group Ⅱ inject lornoxicam 8 mg before anesthesia and the abdomen was closed and ordered tramadol in postoperative PCIA as group I.The patients were observed at 4th h,8th h,12th h,24th h,48th h and 72th h,for the circulatory, respiratory physiological indicators and electronic analgesia pump operation.Visual analogue score(VAS) and BCS are used for evaluating the postoperative analgesia. Results The two groups of patients had a similar analgesic effect, and BCS VAS score between groups were not statistically different(P0.05).The intravenous tramadol dosage of group I was(436.2±8.1) mg,and(411.7±8.4) mg of groupⅡ.The difference between the two groups was significant(P0.01).The patients in groupⅡat each time point of the PCA pump were significantly lower than the effective compression in group I,(P0.01).Conclusions Advanced application of lornoxicam enhanced the analgesic effect of tramadol and reduced the usage of tramadol and the side effect.
