A Comparative Study on Rural Tourism Development Pattern between Japan and China and Its Enlightenment

With the development of the economy and tourism industry as well as the further expansion of the difference between the urban and rural areas,the Japanese government started to pay attention to and focus on the development of the tourism resources in rural areas,thus working out a unique pattern of development,such as Sugahira mode,Omi mode,Namiai village mode,Kurohime mode and the third sector mode.In China,the various unique tourist development modes have been formed,such as Luanchuan mode,Wuyuan mode,Ningbo mode,Guizhou mode,Mengquan mode,and Pandian mode.We can see both sides of the model have their distinguishing feature,and the essential difference of them is lying in the land-use issues and the degree of their government intervention.In order to promote the development of tourism industry,the Japanese government and the local area allow the intervention of diversified development main body,especially for previous regulation adopted moderation measures,thus accelerating the process of the rural tourism development.And our country now has begun to implement the policy of conversion and activate the land market and regional economy.Therefore,we can see the two central governments and the local governments play an important role in it.
