Abstract
Liquid culture of Bacillus subtilis B2 strain was precipitated by HCI, and extracted with methanol. Crude extract was separated by HPLC on Xterra RP18 column, and 120 fractions were collected. Bioassay of each fraction was carried out by detection of inhibition effect on conidial germination of Fusarium graminearum. LCMS analysis indicated that the inhibition substance were lipopeptide surfactin, polyene and an unreported compound.
