Abstract
Liquid culture of Bacillus subtilis CS16 strain was precipitated by HCl,and extracted with mechanol. The crude extract was stable in the treatment of high temperature and ultraviolent, and was also stable in organic solvents and wide pH range of methanol. The crude extract was then purified by medium-pressure liquid chromatography. The thin-layer chromatography analysis indicated that the inhibition substance was polyhenols.
