Abstract

Feeding experiments were made with four groups of weaning piglets given diets containing O(feed control),0.3%,0.5% and 0.8% fungous enzyme preparations, respectively. The results showed the piglets fed 0.0%~0.5% fungous enzyme preparations had significant increase in feed intake, protein intake, average daily growth and feed conversion ratio.Moreover,0.5% adding level showed the best result. In the second experiment, three groups of weaning piglets were fed diets containing fungous enzyme preparation, fungous enzyme preparation and Maifan stone, basic diet, respectively,to determine their growth performance and blood biochemical indexes. The results showed that the levels of blood whole protein, globulin, haemoglobin and activity of alkaline phosphatase in the earler stage of experiment and body weight growth, feed conversion ratio and blood inoragnic phosphorus level in the later stage all were higher than that of control group( P 0.05,0.01).However,in the of control group( P 0.05,0.01)。However,in the later stage, the activities of SGPT and SAKP and the level of blood Ca 2+ of test groups were lower than that of control group( P 0.05).
