Abstract
Objective:To explore the clinical hemostasis effect of modified B-Lynch surgical technique of uterine compression suture for the control of postpartum hemorrhage associated with uterine inertia during cesarean section.Methods:The clinical data in 20 patients with severe postpartum hemorrhage of cesarean section from January 2007 to December2008 treaated with the modified B-Lynch suture were analysed retrospectively.Results:20 patients with modified B-Lynch suture in severe postpartum hemorrhage of cesarean section were all effective.Conclusion:The application of modified modified B-Lynch surgical technique of compression suture can effectively control the postpartum hemorrhage due to uterine inertia during cesarean section.
