B-lynch Surgical Technique for Control of Postpartum Hemorrhage of Cesarean Section(16 Cases Report)

Objective To evaluate the hemostatic effect of B-lynch suture technique for postpartum hemorrhage.Methods 16 cases of postpartum hemorrhage with 500～1800 ml blood loss were performed B-lynch suture for hemostasis.Results All cases were effectively stanched with preservation of uterine.The cure rate was 100%.No postoperative complication was found and uterine involution was good.ConclusionB-lynch surgical technique is simple and effective for stanching postpartum hemorrhage of caesarean section,which is worthy to be popularized.
