Abstract
Objective To evaluate the clinical efficacy of B-Lynch suture technique for the control of postpartum hemorrhage during cesarean section.Method Eleven cases of postpartum hemorrhage during cesarean section treated by classical B-Lynch suture technique were retrospectively analyzed with review of the related literature.Result Postpartum hemorrhage was controlled successfully in all the 11 cases by using B-Lynch suture technique without serious complications.Conclusion B-Lynch suture technique is simple,safe,and effective for the control of postpartum hemorrhage during cesarean section.
