Abstract
The equal and harmonious relationship between urban and rural areas is the most important prerequisite for the building of a harmonious society.But the current structure of the urban and rural areas is still in a serious imbalance and is disharmony.To handle the relationship between urban and rural areas properly is accord with the requirements of a harmonious society.
