Study of the Public Policies for Harmonious Development in China's Urban and Rural Areas

Harmonious development in both urban and rural areas is the basis of constructing a harmonious society.Since 1990s,China has already implemented a series of strategies to narrow the gap between the urban and rural areas.However,the situation seems more serious,and at the same time,more conflicts a- mong different social classes are emerging.These facts mainly relate to the lacking of just systems,back- ward policies and suitable administration.Proper systems and public policies should be made so as to real- ize the harmonious development in China's urban and rural areas.
