A Study on the Circulation of the Land Contract Management Right in Three Gorges Reservoir Area

Nowadays,the land circulation in the Three Gorges Reservoir rural area is effective and in a good developing trend.However,there exists some problems.Firstly,property right is unclear,so circulation is limited;Secondly,rural areas are scattered,which limits the scale of land circulation;Thirdly,the market mechanism is to be imporoved;Fourthly,the circulation itself is to be standardized.Therefore,the author pf this paper suggests that improvement measures are taken to better agricultural scale management and raise farmer's income in Three Gorges Reservoir area.The measures include: clarifying the relationship of property right,easing circulation terms,building up and improving marketing circulation mechanism,setting up circulation service center,regulating circulation behavior,and so on.
