Problems on Rural Land Circulation in Developed Region

The system of land means adjusting the economical benefits or others in various social oevels.This paper points out the ways of rural land circulation in developed area in our country:the suburban's type,the general rural's type,adjusting industrical structure's type and land arrangement's type.Moreover it is suggested the main factors of impacting on the land circulation as follows:the system and effects,the pressforce of population.There are the main problems which exist in the circulation of rural land:the body of land right,achievement of system in rural land;the market of land right;the system of population.At last,this paper points out:the system of land circulation in rural in the developed area must be located.
