Research and Analysis of the Rural Land Circulation in Less Derveloped Areas

Facing a great deal of problems,such as the development and supporting of the relocated persons after the Three Gorges Projects,the ecological protective screen construction of the upper reaches of the Yangtze River,and the unified planning urban and rural areas,it is essential to keep the rural land circulating,since it can promote the modern agriculture in the reservoir area of Three Gorges,improve the utilization ratio of the land resources,increase the income of farmers,and stabilize and enrich the relocated persons.This paper systematically analyzes the current condition of the rural land circulation basing on the survey of seven towns and twenty-three villages.It is found that the major problems existing in the rural land circulation are the farmers' backward thought,imperfect rural land circulation market,unhealthy rural social security and risk prevention mechanism,as well as the overuse of authority and default in obligation in the reservoir area of the Three Gorges.
