Clinical study of salviae miltiorrhizae and ligustrazine on treatment of acute cerebral infarction

Abstract

OBJECTIVE In order to make an observation on neurologic function recovery of the patients with cerebral infarction,the mechanism of Salvia miltiorrhiza ligustrazine has further been inverstigated.METHODS The patients totally in the number of 131,have been randomly devided into two groups,one was salvia miltiorrhiza ligustrazine group(68 cases),the another was Fufan Danshen group(63 cases) as a control.RESULTS It was found that total efficacy of the patients treated with salvia miltiorrhiza ligustrazine was about 95.59% which was higher than that of the control group(80.95%) treated with Fufan Danshen.There was also an obvious effect of lowing lipids in the salvia miltiorrhiza ligustrazine group.CONCLUSION It is suggested that efficacy of salvia miltiorrhiza ligustrazine is better than Fufan Danshen.
