Clinical value on Salvia Miltiorrhiza Ligustrazine Injection in the treatment of elderly cerebral infarction

Objective: To observe the efficacy of Salvia Miltiorrhiza Ligustrazine Injection in the treatment of elderly patients with cerebral infarction.Methods: A total of 120 elderly patients diagnosed as cerebral infarctions were randomly divided into treatment group and control group,each group had 60 cases.The control group was given Salvia Miltiorrhiza Injection with intravenous injection,the treatment group was given Salvia Miltiorrhiza Ligustrazine Injection.The C-reactive protein,clinical symptoms and signs of change,neurological function and the total effective rate of two groups were observed after treatment in 2 weeks.Results: After treatment,C-reactive protein of two groups decreased significantly than before treatment(P0.05,P0.01).C-reactive protein of treatment group was better than that of the control group after treatment(P0.01),the neurological function defect score and the total effective rate of treatment group were all higher than that of the control group after treatment(all P0.05).Conclusion: Salvia Miltiorrhiza Ligustrazine Injection in the treatment of acute cerebral infarction is better,and worthy of clinical application.
