Abstract
Objective:To understand doctors' satisfaction with excellence in nursing service.Methods:A total of 443 doctors were investigated by a self-designed doctors' satisfaction with excellence in nursing service questionnaire. Results: About 98.1% doctors were satisfied with nursing service. There were no obvious differences among doctors with different characteristics, except gender and professional title (P0.05). Conclusions: The doctors show high satisfaction with excellence in nursing service. After delivering excellence in nursing service, we take a series of measures and doctors and nurses cooperate more harmoniously. The quality of nursing service and nurses' professional level gain doctor's affirmation.
