Investigation on doctors’ satisfaction to hospital nursing in Weifang

Objective To have the knowledge of the doctors’ satisfaction to hospital nursing and to provide the bases for perfecting hospital nursing care.Method The questionnaire was used to investigate how clinical doctors view the nurses work. Results It showed that the satisfaction rate of doctors towards nursing is generally high.In comparison with other items,satisfactions with nursing environment,nurses’ wearing and language communication to patients were lower than that to other items.Age and education level of doctors were the main factors’ that influenced their satisfactions with nursing.Conclusion Hospitals should try their best to increase nursing quality,improving the environment for patients,strengthen humanistic health care and respect the right of patients.
