Orthodontic patients with gingivitis investigate the cause and prevention of fixed appliance

Objective: To investigate the treatment of gingivitis in patients with fixed orthodontic analysis etiology,provide reference for prevention and treatment. Methods:A retrospective analysis of 300 patients in January 2012 to December at our hospital with fixed orthodontic appliances were randomly divided into two groups, each group of 150 cases,A group treated with conventional therapy and guidance,group B oral health on the basis of health education and promotion,regularly perform supragingival scaling surgery for patients with inflamed gums,you can use the Palio adjuvant therapy as needed. In the treatment of three months,six months later, the gum was evaluated two groups of patients,and the factors that lead to gingivitis may be Lsogistic regression. Results:Age 25 years old,male,lower incisors,appliance bad device,brushing 2times a day,each time 3min are fixed orthodontic treatment in patients with gingivitis Risk Factors,brush your teeth and oral health education,chemical drugs help treat their protective factors. Conclusion:orthodontic treatment process to prevent the occurrence of gingivitis,should increase publicity and education, develop good oral hygiene habits,and strictly regulate the operation of a doctor.
