Abstract

This paper expounds the construction of supervision system by the public opinion from aspects of the legislation of the supervision by the public opinion,the internal supervision system of governmental institutions and the exposure function of the public opinion,and puts forward some measures for giving full play to the special function of the supervision of the public opinion.
