Abstract

A legislative measure is indispensable to the solution of the problematic legal context of the current media and public opinion supervision. The legal context must be tolerant and supportive to public opinion, which also calls for balance and control among related stake holders, thus a system that protects public opinion is to be established by a cooperation of legislation, justification, administration and media departments.
