On the Existing Problems of Labor Dispute Settlement System and How to Restructure

Abstract

According to our Labor Law we find that there are much too limitations on the labor dispute settlement system with regard to the protection of employee.We need review and reform the actual labor dispute settlement system to represent the benefit of labor law and protect the employees actually.
