Abstract

The current system of labor dispute settlement of China needs to be improved not only in the aspect of rights and obligation stipulated by laws and regulations,but also in the aspect of procedure security of rights relieve while rights are lack.In order to improve the system of labor dispute settlement of China,we should establish the values of justice and equality in the system of labor dispute arbitration as soon as possible,and make the parties choosing arbitration or lawsuit procedure freely.
