Abstract
Objective To estimate the value of the galactography in the diagnosis of breast disease with nipple discharge. Methods The galactography findings of 40 cases of breast disease with nipple discharge proved by clinic and pathology were analyzed retrospectively. Results Breast ductal ectasia with cystic hyperplasia were 6 cases;Intraductal papilloma were 13 cases;Ductal carcinoma were 5cases.Breast ductal ectasia were 9 cases.Cystic fibroadenosis were 7 cases. Conclusions Breast galactography is valuable for diagnosis and differentiation of the breast disease with nipple discharge, and is meaningful for guiding surgeon to define the surgical margin.
