Abstract
Nowadays,enterprises in China try to pursuit maximum profits while often ignore the labor rights protection.This paper analyses the infringement of labor rights by the enterprises,and explores the reason why the enterprises lack the sense of labor protection and then puts forward some advice to improve it.
