Situation of International Labor Rights Protection and Its Influence on Chinese Enterprises

Recently, more and more attention is being paid to labor protection in international society. There have emerged protection measures as international labor standard, core labor standard, social clause, codes of corporate social responsibility, social accountability SA8000 international standard and so on. These measures impose different influences on Chinese enterprises. From a long-term point of view, labor rights protection is the trend of economic globalization and some of the standards can evolve into trade barrier. Chinese enterprises should analyse it carefully and take initiative measures to deal with it. Chinese enterprises should adjust their own competition strategy, enhance labor rights protection so as to make a base for their continuable development.
