Abstract
The tooth curve parameters of a new design gear called quadruple-arc gear was optimized based on general finite element analysis software ANSYS,the quadruple-arc gear tooth curve parameters were acquired,and the maximum stress of quadruple-arc gear occurred in the department of connection arc was found out.
