The research of CD4+ CD25+ regulation T Cells and Related Cytokines in Peripheral Blood in Chronic ITP Patients

Abstract
To investigate the amount of CD4+CD25+regulation T cells and the levels of related cytokines TGF-β1 in peripheral blood in chronic ITP Patients,and to analyze the relationships between CD4+CD25+regulation T cells and the immunopathogenesis of CITP.The amount of CD4+CD25+regulation T cells was detected by flow cytometry in peripheral blood from chronic ITP Patients and healthy people.Besides,related cytokines TGF-β1 in peripheral blood were assayed by ELISA.The relation between CD4+CD25+regulation T cells and their related cytokines were analyzed.CD4+CD25+regulation T cells were decreased obviously in peripheral blood in chronic ITP Patients compared with control group(P0.05 ).The levels of TGF-β1 were also decreased in CITP group compared with control(P0.05).There are positive correlations between CD4+CD25+regulation T cells and related cytokine TGF-β1 in chronic ITP Patients(P0.05).The decrease of CD4+CD25+regulation T cells and related cytokines in peripheral blood in chronic ITP Patients may be connected with cellular immunity disturbance of chronic ITP.
