Abstract
HPLC was used to determine rutin content rapidly.The optimum chromatograph parameters are as follow: column as Kromasil C18(10μm,4.6mm×250mm),mobile phase as methanol-water-acetic acid(40∶60∶1,v/v/v),flow rate of the mobile phase 1.0mL/min,detection wavelength 330nm.colume temp.20℃,and the linear range is around 50~500μg/mL.R2=0.9999.The proposed method shows a higher accuracy and precision.
